KickChiper Shipment Policy

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

At KickChiper, we strive to get your new kicks to you as quickly as possible. Here’s what to expect after placing your order:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days

  • Standard Shipping Time: 4-11 business days after processing

  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: 1-2 weeks from order date

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Domestic Shipping (United States) 

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

We’re happy to offer completely free shipping on all domestic orders regardless of order value. No minimum purchase required!

International Shipping 

We offer free shipping to select countries worldwide. Please note that while shipping costs are covered by KickChiper, international orders may still be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also view your order status by logging into your KickChiper account and visiting the “Order History” section.

Potential Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, certain factors may cause delays:

  • High-Volume Periods: During sales events, holiday seasons, or limited-edition releases

  • Weather Conditions: Severe weather may impact carrier operations

  • Customs Clearance: International shipments may experience delays during customs processing

  • Address Issues: Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

In the event of significant delays, we will make every effort to notify you via email.

Undeliverable Packages

Missing or Lost Packages

For packages showing as “delivered” but not received:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors

  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

  3. If unresolved after 48 hours, contact our customer service team

We’ll work with you to resolve the situation promptly, including sending a replacement if necessary.

Return Shipping

If you need to return your purchase, please refer to our separate Return Policy for detailed instructions. Return shipping is free for all returns, regardless of reason.
